Just had a quick question on, searching for old Integrify Tickets in the Integrify system.
At the company I work for, we have a user who was just recently put into a position where she needs to see old integrifys. Since she was not added to the "Approval Task" until just recently, she can not see the old ones that are sitting in the que yet.
I know you can search for old tickets by name or ID. Stuff like that.
Is there a way she can see all the Integrifys just by being added somewhere in the system?
