Concatinate strings

I would like to concatenate two text strings together in a question. The first string is the static part of a URL (http://myserver/mypage.aspx?id=) and the second part is a DB lookup that we have working (0001)
I want to put these together so I can add dynamic URL to an email.

Could also be two questions on previous forms like FirstName and LastName to show FullName

  This would have to be done via javascript. While we do provide some JS reference material here: https://help7.integrify.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000286968-JavaScript-Help this would not be supported by Integrify support.
