Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A process designer can add one or more KPIs to a process. A KPI measures the amount of time between the completion of two tasks. This measurement is taken from the completion date/time stamps on the two tasks specified when setting up the KPI. Note that if a task can be completed more than once (multiple iterations) the KPI measurement is based on the first iteration of the task.
KPI data can then be displayed on Dashboards using the KPI Widget, which will display the summary KPI data for all requests of the process. Optionally, you can display KPI data for individual requests on the Request Detail page of each request.
