The process of adding a new client or new business requires collecting a variety of data points about the client, stakeholders, and case. This process can be complicated if different departments need to provide or use information collected to set up new clients/matters.

In a different version of the form we've added an additional section for the Conflicts Group. This section could also be shown/hid based on form logic within one form.
