Employee Change Request

This change request process can be downloaded and imported into your Integrify instance. The downloadable .json file is at the bottom of this page. Directions for importing processes.

This template provides an efficient way for employees or HR staff to make requested changes to an employee's records. The examples we provide are Department Change, Location Change, Payrate Change, and Title Change. However, you can edit the form and process however you'd like to match your organization's needs. We've included a few nice extras like a Dynamic Assigner for the Employee's Manager.
