Approval Task: Displaying Forms in an Approval

You can optionally display any of the process form tasks within the approval task.  This may help in situations where you may have multiple forms in a process but you want to direct users to the particular form task that the approver is taking action on.

In order to do this, select Configure Task for the Approval Task.  Then, select the Advanced Settings tab.

The 'Forms to be displayed in this approval' checkboxes will have all of the form tasks in the process for you to choose from.  Make your selections and then Save.

Below is an example of how the link to the form task appears in the Approval Task:
