The Processes Library provides access to all options you will need to create, edit, or import a process:
The Processes Library is segmented into three actionable areas for your process maintenance needs:
- Add New Process: Allows you to create a new Process Definition.
- Import: Provides the ability to import an Integrify Process Definition file and create a new process.
- Search: The Search option contains several distinct views of processes that you can search by Publish Status or by a process name.
- Development: Lists all processes by Category with a Publish Status of ‘Development’
- Testing: Lists all processes by Category with a Publish Status of ‘Testing’
- Production: Lists all processes by Category with a Publish Status of ‘Production’
- Inactive: Lists all processes by Category with a Publish Status of ‘Inactive’
- Permissions: Allows Administrators to manage permissions and members of different roles (Administrators, Process Testers, Process Users).
