Notes On Upgrading To Release 72.26.07101 and Newer

PLEASE NOTE: If you are upgrading from a release prior to 71.250.3101, to release 72.26.07101 or newer, you will need to follow the steps below to upgrade.

If you would prefer to have a Technical Support Engineer while doing the upgrade, please submit a ticket at our help portal, https://support.integrify.com, and we can schedule an upgrade call.

1. Download and install Node.js v22
2. Download and install the .NET 4.8 Runtime
3. Reboot the Integrify application server
4. Download and install the latest Integrify release from the Integrify Release Page
5. After installation is complete, update the application through the Integrify OnPremise Manager
6. Reboot the Integrify application server
7. Go back to the OnPremise manager and run the 'Update Consumers Database' until there are no more updates.  The first time you run it it will add the schema version table to your db.  The second time it will allow you to apply the updates.
8. Then from the OnPremise Manager, run the 'Update Database' scripts against your tenant database making sure all updates are applied
9. If you are running SSO, download and install the latest version over your existing integrify-saml install. 
10. Restart the application from the OnPremise Manager.
